The returns are not accepted.

If the artwork gets damaged during shipment I can offer refund or replacement. 

I ship via delivery services that provide tracking. 

Usually it takes 1-2 weeks to process throught/exit EU.

International shipping could take from 2 to 12 weeks.

When you check the tracking and the package is 'in-transit' it means that it is still moving through the system.
